Teresa Butler Duncan
Teresa Butler Duncan received her Associate Degree in Dental Hygiene from Albany Junior College, a Bachelor of Science in Dental Hygiene from the Medical College of Georgia, and a Master of Dental Hygiene from the University of Tennessee Health Center. She was inducted in to the Alpha Alpha Tau chapter in 1979.
Currently, Teresa is an Assistant Professor in the School of Health Related Professions and School of Dentistry at the University of Mississippi Medical Center where she has taught since 2005.
Formerly she was a Professional Programs Area Manager for Oral-B Laboratories and an Instructor at the Medical College of Georgia.
Teresa has published articles and book chapters on fluorides, root caries, and pediatric oral health care.
She has presented continuing education courses on these and other topics throughout the United States.
